Buffet Lunch


Our own “community hero” Gerry Blackstone had hired a personal chef, Marcia Cooper, during the final 6 months of his life. She is an experienced plant based chef who understands the healing properties of foods.

Chef Cooper has offered TLC a lunch at the second floor loft of the Blacksmith Building Guesthouse.

You are encouraged to enjoy a delicious and nutritious plant-based buffet lunch: Gluten-free, Sugar Free, Organic and Vegan 3-course meal, with fresh produce to be purchased that day from the St. John’s Farmer’s Market.
Please advise if you are allergic to any nuts or peanuts.
